Microsoft.Owin.Security.Twitter doesn't append oauth_callback query string

Hi,

I'm using Microsoft.Owin.Security.Twitter v2.0.2

Each time I go to twitter to authenticate the user, I always get the concent screen even if the user has already given the permissions. It turns out that it's because the URL being hit doesn't not contain the oauth_callback query string.

Currently it redirects to:
https://twitter.com/oauth/authenticate?oauth_token={value}

What I want is the below one:
https://twitter.com/oauth/authenticate?oauth_token={value}&oauth_callback={callbackurl}

How can I enable this?

See: https://katanaproject.codeplex.com/workitem/112

In 2.1.0-RC1 you can now alter the redirect URL before sending it. See TwitterAuthenticationProvider.OnApplyRedirect.

Does that work, or is this data that should have been included in the redirect url by default?
